Instructions
  1. Coat potatoes in olive oil and season with kosher salt.
  2. Bake in a 350℉ oven until they are done.
  3. Once cooled enough to handle, cut in 1” squares.
  4. In a deep fat fryer at 350℉, fry the potatoes until golden brown and crisp.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine, sour cream, chives and bacon bits.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine fried potatoes, sour cream mix, cheese, heavy cream and Kent Rathbun Elements Steak & Chop Salt.
  7. On 8 plates, divide the salad evenly.
  8. Garnish with chives, bacon bits and tobacco onions.
